Sanctioned By You is currently shipping all over India. At SBY we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this - we work around the clock to try and get you your products as soon as possible.

 ** The customer should reach out within 72hrs of delivery along with the image (Post 72 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the damage is reported within 72 hours; SBY will take action accordingly.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, Whatsapp or telephone. 

 GENERAL INFORMATION

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
• Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays
• Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
• The customer can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website
• Please note that online payments don’t require any additional delivery charges. However, COD orders are charged at INR 50

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & PRICING POLICY

International Shipping Charges

• Orders till ₹10,000 will be charged ₹2,500 as international shipping fees.
• Orders between ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 will be charged ₹4,000 as international shipping fees.
• Orders above ₹20,000 are eligible for free international shipping.

Payment Terms for International Orders

• Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

Pricing Update

• Prices of all products have to be increased by 10%, except products from the February Drop.

Discount Policy

• Customers can avail 10% off on their purchase by using the discount code ABDU10.
  
• Discounts are not applied automatically, nor are they shown on the final check out page.
