Return & Exchange Policy

Dear valued customer,

• If you need to exchange a product, please visit our return portal at the Exchange Center within five days of receiving your order. Kindly note that after this period, the option to request an exchange will no longer be available.
• All exchanges are subject to a quality check by our team to ensure eligibility.
• Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) have been used or damaged.
• Additionally, each product is eligible for a size exchange only once.
• Please note that exchanges are limited to size changes only, not design changes. If the desired size is unavailable for the specific design you ordered, you may choose from our existing collections, or we can issue a store credit valid for one month.
• Please keep in mind that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a credit memo. Store credit expires one month from the date of issue.

How To Create Your Exchange Request:

• Visit the Exchange Center page.
• Provide your order number and email/phone number with country code to create your return request.
• Select the product(s), reason for return (currently limited to size), and include a return description (mandatory).
• Choose the item you wish to exchange for - select style & size.
• Arrange shipping from your end, providing the address and phone number listed on our website.
• Wait for your exchange request to be reviewed. Once approved, provide the shipment number, select a courier partner, and attach proof (product images).
• You will receive the exchanged product within 2 to 5 days after we receive the return and dispatch the exchange.

Please Note:

• Personalized items such as Personalized Necklaces and Custom Clothing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Cancellation and refunds are not possible for any orders.
• Refunds are not available for personalized items.
